How we make balloons

With a production capacity of up to one hundred million balloons a year we need to be sure that every single one is a top quality product. For over   twenty five   years we have designed, manufactured and shipped around the world balloon dipping machinery that leads the market.   We are continually testing exciting ideas, pioneering the very latest concepts and reaching new heights in the professional and creative use of technology.   We offer you quality and variety - you'll be amazed at our extensive range of balloon sizes, colours and shapes.

In 1995 we launched our very latest product - a luxurious pearlised balloon, available in a carousel of lustrous colours, and destined to add avant-garde style to any celebration!

Balloon Production - how do we do that?

A ceramic former is dipped into a tank of latex.   The latex adheres to the former, and once the rolled lip or bead is added, it is placed in an oven.   Fifty minutes later the former is removed.   Water is then injected between the ceramic and latex layers before the balloon is stripped off.

Balloon.co.uk   - every colour, but always green!

Latex is an entirely natural and biodegradable substance, so our balloons  can give hours of fun with our causing a lifetime's damage.   All colour and process additives are subject to regular and independent testing and all packaging materials re completely recyclable.   We have played a major role in tightening up standards for mass releases, guaranteeing the proper regulation of these spectacular events, and we are committed to maintaining the highest environmental standards.

Auxiliary Products

To complement our standard balloons (which are anything but!) we offer an amazing array of auxiliary products from Balloon.co.uk.  Cup and stick balloons, attractive table weights, self-sealing valves, ribbons and bows are just a few examples of the balloon extras that make your event extra special.
